Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of security technologies and products, including TCP/IP fundamentals.
• Expertise with multi-vendor firewalls such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and Fortigate.
• Deep knowledge in one or two technology stacks, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Capability to coach and guide a team of engineers or other service management staff.
• Proficient in identifying requirements and creating a solution architecture to meet those requirements.
• Hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network and security products in a multi-vendor environment.
• Skilled in performing analysis and diagnosis of complex network and security problems in large data centers.
• Proficient in solving IP core network/security issues, including routing convergence problems.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues, and to communicate complexities clearly.
• Ability to plan and execute complex network and security upgrades, migrations, and integration activities.
• Plan and execute data center implementation activities related to security technologies and solutions.
• Serve as a technical focal point for complex network and security problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of total experience in IT Security and Firewall management.
• Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting multi-vendor firewall environments.
• Experience with detailed security technology products and TCP/IP fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex issues into actionable plans.
• Experience with data center implementations and security technology integration.
