IT Engineer for a role based in Dubai.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting VIP users such as Chairman, MD, and GM

  • Installing and configuring computer systems, printers, and telephones
  • Troubleshooting system, app, and network problems

Managing and prioritizing multiple open tickets

Conducting preventive maintenance on desktops and laptops

Testing and evaluating new technology

  • Creating technical documentation and manuals
