We are looking for a SharePoint – Application Support Specialist for a long-term role in the banking sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a notice period of 30 days.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Notice Period: 30 days
Duration: Long-term
Domain: Banking

Skills Required:

Proficient in SharePoint administration
Strong knowledge of web technologies (C#.Net, JavaScript)
Familiarity with other CMS (SiteCore, WordPress, etc.)
Understanding of MS Azure and Active Directory (AD)
Proficient in Oracle/MS SQL, including SQL & Stored Procedures
Experience with PowerShell and Unix commands
Skilled in application production support within the ITIL Framework
- Application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance
- Performance tuning and optimization
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
- Proactive monitoring and incident analysis
Experience in workflow maintenance and configuration
