Job Title: IT Technical Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Configure and support end-user email systems.
- Handle user profile and PC migrations.
- Support print management and network configurations (LAN, VPN, wireless).
- Perform system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement IT solutions aligning with organizational goals.
- Offer technical support for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Provide technical assistance for Smartboards, AV equipment, and CCTV systems.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Relevant IT certification.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
